The goodworx Foundation's "Onward and Upward" Transition Program

With a strong emphasis on the concept of \"Life Skills\", The GoodWorx MTC \"Onward and Upward\" Program focuses on students making the transition from elementary school to middle school, and middle school to high school. This program provides support for 5th, 6th, 8th and 9th grade students and focuses on issues that adolescent students often face while making the transition to the next level of the academic and social experience.
